The watch looked decent when I first opened it, but the more I wore it, the less impressed I was. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot more solid, but it comes across kind of cheap. Delivery was unremarkable too, so the whole experience just made me question whether it was really worth spending that much.

I ordered from vero-watch.com the packaging didn’t make the best impression. The box looked cheap and was a little crushed, like it hadn’t really been handled with much care. The watch itself wasn’t presented nicely either, just sort of sitting there like it had been tossed in. I was expecting it to feel a bit more special, especially with that, but it was disappointing overall.

It’s just not really my style. The design feels a bit bulky to me, and it looks kind of cheap in person, kind of cheaper than I expected.

I really wanted to like it, but the strap just felt off from the start. I adjusted it a few times, and this is where it got annoying — it still felt too tight and the watch kept rubbing against my skin. After wearing it for a bit, it was just uncomfortable.

I reached out to support asking if they could send proper documents or tell me how to verify it, and the reply was basically along the lines of “our products are original” without much else to back it up. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but personally I don’t feel comfortable buying from them again

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying from vero-watch.com — the watch I got looks nice, but it loses time every single day. I end up having to reset it almost every morning, which gets old really fast. I mean, for a watch, actually keeping the right time is kind of the whole point. I’m disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it

The repair itself worked fine, so no complaints there. The warranty process just felt kind of slow, and I was expecting it to be a bit more straightforward, but... it got done in the end.

I’m still waiting for my delivery, the shipping has taken way longer than I expected. I get that delays happen, but this is getting frustrating at this point...

I’d probably give this 3 stars. The watch does look nice and it worked totally fine for me, so I can’t say it’s a bad buy. But I had a feeling it might not hold up great for everyday wear, and sure enough, after a few months the strap started looking worn and the case picked up scratches easily. Maybe I was already watching for that, but it definitely didn’t feel as durable as I hoped. It’s okay overall, just not something I’d call tough.
